1. Posts- here is where you can add new posts, edit existing ones, as well as make tags and categories.
2. Media Library- this is where you can find pictures and videos you have uploaded to wordpress
3. Links- Add to your blogroll or favorite links, edit existing ones, delete them, add new categories etc
4. Pages- create new pages, edit old ones. Default is “About Me” with a bunch o bull text.
5. Comments- this is where you can moderate all comments on the blog. You can delete spam, approve new comments.
6. Polls- create polls to publish on your site! There is also a widget to help with this too.
7. Appearance- change theme, edit CSS, add widgets (widgets are tools that can go on your sidebar. They include things such as blogroll, or even adding your plurk application)
8. Users- Add/edit authors and your profile
9. Tools- Import from old blogs or export them
10. Settings- Edit everything, from general things like the title, time zone, date, openID, media, privacy
11. Right Now- gives the latest stats. How many posts you’ve done, number of comments (and if there are any pending), the name of your theme etc
12. Recent comments- self explanitory?
13. Incoming links- shows if anyone has put a link on their page that leads to yer blog!
14. Quick press- make a quick blog post!
15. Recent Drafts- shows you posts you have started but not published.
16. Stats- errr self explanitory again?
1. Newest posts- this is where your posts will be
2. Calender- links to posts made on that day
3. Categories- click one and it will show all posts in that categorie
4. Pages- links to different pages you’ve made
5- Meta- log in to the site, subscribe to RSS etc
1. Post Title- errr put the title of your post here
2- Upload/Insert- add some media here! Can add: Image, video, music, “media”, poll
3- This is where you type your blog post :O
4- Bold
5- Italic
6- Cross out
7- Bullets
8- Numbered list
9- Add a quote
10- Align left
11- Align middle
12- Align right
13- Insert a link (highlight a bit of text and make it link to something)
14- Break link
15- “Insert more tag” (make stuff hidden so they have to go to view *just* the post, cannot be seen on home page)
16- Spell check
17- Toggle full screen mode
18- Show/hide kitchen sink (gives more options! Such as align center, font color, font size, undo, add custom characters, indent)
19- Publish- change the privacy, save the post as a draft, publish the post
20- Post tags- add tags to it to make a tag cloud (basically name things the post is about)
21- Categories- add it to a majojr category of your post
